What can counselling do for you?
Do you ever feel that you need your life back? That your habits are causing you more harm than good? Do you ever get sick and tired of the same behavioural routine that you just cannot seem to get out of?
You are not alone. People attend counselling for many reasons, sometimes life events such as trauma’s, break ups, loss of loved ones, loss of a job or marriages can stir up all sorts of unexpected feelings and emotions.
Some of your concerns may stem back to childhood and you may feel that you are getting more burdened by them over time, this is something I can also help you with.
I will provide you with a private and safe space in which you will be free to express what has brought you to counselling.
In consultation, you choose what to discuss with no judgement, in a safe and confidential setting. You can make the life changes you want regardless of your current life situations. If you are finally ready to commit to finding a new path for your life, together we will begin exploring what that might be for you.
I work within the holistic framework, taking you as a whole.
In each session as you progress, you take the lead in the degree of change you want to take on, not me. We all need a little guidance at times no matter how strong you feel you may be.
