“After researching various hypnotherapy sites, I went to see Yasmin after having suffered with severe anxiety for over 20 years with a fear of flying. Having tried everything from wrist bands, travel sickness tablets and anti anxiety pills, nothing seemed to work. This was starting to have an impact on my family and my daughter was also beginning to show similar symptoms.
